1. General Info
Free Visas: our Department of Foreign Affairs agreed to offer free visas to all of our guests; happy days. They will inform all of our foreign missions of this fact. They have sent an official letter stating the offer of free visas, a copy of which everyone should send in with their applications.
Apply for the 'C-Conference (short-stay) Visa' …as advised by our Consular Section.

Passports: please make sure that your passport is valid for 6months after you plan to exit the country. If your passport is relatively new it may assist your application if you provide your previous passport showing any previous visas for any other country, and your travel history.

i. For the 'Conference Visa' you need only fill out Sections 1-8 and 12-13.

3. Embassies, Consulates & Visa Offices: where to apply to.
The Visa Office in Dublin provided me with a list of the Embassies, Consulates & Visa Offices where each participating country should apply for their visa. Most foreign missions will ultimately send your application documents to Ireland anyway.
