
Fee Structure
There is a fee (the Participant’s Fee) to attend EASA. To encourage diversity and a wide range of attendees, participants from different countries pay a different percetage of this fee based on the economic situation of their country. Currently there is a system of payment in which the countries are divided into 5 groups
GROUP 1: €290
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxemburg, Monaco, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK
GROUP 2: €240
Malta , Greece, Portugal .
GROUP 3: €180
Cyprus, Croatia , Czech Republic , Estonia , Hungary , Latvia , Lithuania , Moscow , Poland , Slovenia , Slovakia, and non-European participants (such as ELEA, CLEA etc).
GROUP 4: €120
Bulgaria, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Turkey .
GROUP 5: €60
Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Armenia, Azerbadjan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.
The fee for easa is estimated at €290
Group 1 will pay 100% of the fee
Group 2 will pay 80% of the fee
Group 3 will pay 60% of the fee
Group 4 will pay 40% of the fee
Group 5 will pay 20% of the fee
The fee includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, workshops, lectures debates and parties for two weeks. You have to cover your own travel and visa expenses, but the organisers will issue you an official letter of information if a visa is required.
